Choosing a Catholic High School – Preserving Your Child’s Faith In A Secular Society

On Thursday, January 19, 2017, Dr. Jamie Arthur from the Cardinal Newman Society (CNS) visited the Twin Cities in Minnesota to address the topic of how Catholic parents should evaluate Catholic high school options for their children. Bishop Andrew Cozzens offered the opening prayer and closing blessing. Fr. Bill Baer was master of ceremonies. The event concluded with a Q&A panel comprised of the headmasters from the three high schools in this Archdiocese that are current recognized on the CNS Honor Roll (Chesterton Academy, St. Agnes and Providence Academy). Over 100 people from 35 different parishes and 7 different Catholic high schools attended the event.
