Ray Marshall Web Site

What followed was a general discussion of Ray's web site and how we might cooperate. The discussion was "intertwined" with the next item of business below, Organizational Direction.

Organizational Direction

Board members come and go. Two of the currently active ones, Pat Phillips and Dick Houck, have much less experience with the history of the organization. Pat Phillips passed out a Powerpoint presentation for the purpose of guiding a discussion of what we do and how we do it.

It was noted that this discussion is "open ended" and will continue on a regular basis. Several of the board members meet weekly at the Smooth Grind coffee shop on Mondays at 10:00 AM for discussions such as this. We will continue to do so. Any interested parties are welcome to join in on the "Kaffeeklatsch."

Adjournment -- There was no formal motion to adjourn but everybody did wander away about 5:35.
